This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our Sites or make purchases through our online platform.

  1. Return Policy

    We strive to deliver fresh, high-quality products to your doorstep. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions:

    • 1.1 Eligibility for Returns
      • Returns are only accepted within 24 hours of delivery.
      • The product must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
      • Products like fresh fruits, vegetables, and perishables cannot be returned unless damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.
    • 1.2 Non-Returnable Items
      • Perishable items (fresh produce, dairy, frozen goods, etc.).
      • Products that have been used or tampered with.
      • Items with broken packaging unless reported at the time of delivery.
    • 1.3 Return Process

      To initiate a return:

      1. Email us at support@macagro.com or WhatsApp us at +91 972-622-9407 within 24 hours.
      2. Provide your order number, photos of the product, and reason for return.
      3. Our team will verify the issue and schedule a reverse pickup, if applicable.
      4. The item must be handed over in the condition in which it was received.
  2. Refund Policy

    Refunds will be processed after successful verification of the returned item or in cases of order cancellation before shipment.

    • 2.1 Full Refund

      You are eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

      • You cancel the order before it is shipped.
      • You received the wrong item or the item was damaged/spoiled upon delivery (with evidence).
    • 2.2 Partial Refund

      In cases where only part of the order is found defective or undelivered, a partial refund will be issued.

    • 2.3 Refund Method
      1. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking, etc.).
      2. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details to process the refund via NEFT/IMPS.
      3. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
  3. Cancellation Policy

    We understand that you may change your mind. You can cancel your order under the conditions below:

    • 3.1 Cancellation by Customer
      • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
      • To cancel, contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number.
      • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
    • 3.2 Cancellation by Mac Agro

      We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

      1. Unavailability of items.
      2. Issues with payment or delivery address.
      3. Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
  4. If we cancel your order, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be processed.
